William "Billy" Neumann brings 35 years of excellence in Commercial Real Estate photography, capturing stunning exteriors, interiors, and aerial views using drones, helicopters, and pole cameras. His expertise extends to night photography, property videos, and event coverage—including groundbreaking ceremonies, construction progress, ribbon cuttings, and broker walkthroughs. He also delivers professional executive portraits, either on location without disruption or in studio. With 35 years photographing for Habitat for Humanity locally and globally, he’s also served as an Adjunct Professor at the School of Visual Arts (NYC) for 30 years and spent 20 years in an NYC studio partnership. 

His extensive experience includes location scouting and management for commercial, TV, and film productions, along with pro bono work for libraries, public radio, and preservation organizations. A Certified Historic Preservationist, published author of three local history books, and an engaging speaker, Billy's passions include photography, history, beekeeping, and gardening.
